Programs

The CLASS Program

Our flagship initiative for girls ages 11–17, featuring a structured 6–12 week curriculum that cultivates self-confidence, effective communication, etiquette, emotional intelligence, financial literacy, and goal setting. Classes run weekly for 90–120 minutes and are well-suited for school-day integration or after-school delivery. Participants apply their skills in a real-world fine-dining experience and celebrate their transformation during a red-carpet Induction Ceremony, fostering pride and reinforcing personal growth. This dynamic program equips girls with the mindset and life tools necessary for sustainable success, leadership, and self-worth — both academically and socially. It’s an ideal fit for schools and nonprofits seeking measurable, high-impact youth empowerment programming.

Cooking with CLASS

A culturally enriching wellness and life skills program for boys and girls ages 11–17 that blends hands-on culinary experiences with essential education on nutrition, healthy habits, and self-discipline. This 6–12 week course features 60–90 minute sessions ideal for school, after-school, or summer settings. Students prepare culturally inspired recipes using healthier alternatives, reinforcing pride in heritage while learning to care for their bodies and make informed choices. The program also strengthens core academic skills like math, reading, and communication through real-life applications in the kitchen. Cooking with CLASS is a dynamic option for schools, community centers, and shelters seeking engaging, preventative wellness education that empowers youth through culture, creativity, and confidence.

Partner Program

At the Academy of CLASS, we proudly partner with stellar organizations that share our mission of empowering youth through education, leadership, and emotional wellness. In collaboration with the Cala Foundation, we’ve introduced our newest endorsed initiative, Flight of the Kite — an emotional leadership development program for youth ages 11–17.

This program helps participants manage emotions, explore identity, and build peer leadership skills in a supportive, structured environment. Offered in both school and community settings, Flight of the Kite enhances emotional intelligence and resilience, equipping students with the tools to thrive personally and socially.
